In November 2025, GamAid Zambia delivered an addiction awareness training in Livingstone in partnership with the NGO Play It Forward, equipping community leaders with practical knowledge on gambling addiction and early intervention.

The session focused on recognising warning signs, understanding the psychological and financial impact of gambling-related harm, and strengthening referral pathways for those needing support.

Through partnerships like this, GamAid continues to expand addiction awareness beyond Lusaka, building informed communities that can respond with both compassion and accountability.
